Proverb: "Laziness travels so slowly that poverty reaches it." Leave the spiritual poverty and work in finding the wealth that there is inside you.

The human being is integrated of three elements: Body, Alma and Spirit.

The Body is the vehicle in which one comes to this earthly trip. The Alma is the fuel that moves us and the Spirit is the passenger.

This forces us to take care of our body so that it lasts long enough, in such a way that the passenger (the spirit) can arrive to their destination that is the "Spiritual Illumination" without having to change vehicle (Reincarnation).

Do not allow your Alma to weaken through bad operation of your Body, feed him well, diminish meat in take and increase consumption of vegetables, eliminate bad habits, periodically clean your lungs, oxygenating them on a beach, mountain, park or square. Clean your digestive apparatus with frequent fasts.

In this car or vehicle one comes to give a long earthly trip. It is like a Rally around a continent where you will have to cross calm valleys, difficult mountains and torrentosos rivers in those that you will have to build bridges to be able to cross them.You croes roads with many deviations in that you will not know which route to take. Your intuition or sixth sense will help you choose the best road. Remember that not always the short road is the safest. Good actions that you make in your road, the patience that you demonstrate and the kindness that you show with the needy, will help you in your meditation to find the goal that you look for.

If you act with envy, wickedness, lust and indifference will make you have to return again in another vehicle with another color and model but with less power and you voyage will more difficult.

In your free spirit you decide if you travel alone or accompanied. You decide to go slow or quickly, walking or in a car. If you decide to take the spiritual road select the appropriate transport and observe how many positions you need.

If you are alone you need a small light vehicle to arrive quicker. Remembers that you are the most important being in the world. If you decide to make the alone voyage because your personality prefers it this way it, since you do not fear solitude, it will be easy to be and yourself since you will be able to meditate frequently. If you are alone because you do not find a significan other, and you fear solitude. Think that there is somebody inside you, look for it and you will not feel so alone. Remembers that Great Teachers in their solitude found the truth.

If you live in group or family, first you should observe the role that you play and your obligations. Speak to all above the spiritual road but without forcing anybody to take it; the one who is prepared will understand it and they will follow it; to the other allow them the road that they choose to continue and with time they will follow you. When one lives in a group or family, you should cultivate patience without resignation to better understand your partners. You should also learn how to forgive, to take the bitterness out of your heart. It is important to understand that not all members of a group or family have the same spiritual evolution.

If you are a being that has employment, be thankful, performing well, with love and enthusiasm. The secret is in that one not always works in what is liked, but is loved that is made; thanks to that activity you can live and eat. It is sad to not have employment, it does not matter what activity, you devote yourself, whenever you make it with honesty and quality; remembers that the work dignifies the man.
